The Schultz home has four resident rooms with no more than three students per room, a study room, kitchen, dining and living area, and an attached apartment for the boarding home parents and their family. There is a laundry and storage facility in the back. The home is equipped with computers with Internet access, television with satellite access, and a VCR/DVD player.

J.P. and Judy Schultz are with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA). They have three daughters and have served as boarding home parents for more than 15 years.

After school hours, the girls in the Schultz home are free to study, hang out with friends, or participate in sports practices and games. Dinner is served at 6:00, and curfew on school nights is 8:00. After evening devotions, students have study time until lights out at 10:00. Friday's curfew is 11:00 and Saturday's is 10:30. Boarding home students attend Sunday worship in campus in the auditorium.
