On the transcript request
form, you may request an unofficial transcript for yourself, sealed
official transcripts you can include with your application(s), or an
official transcript sent to the college to which you are applying. The transcript request form is available as a MSWord form or as a PDF file. If you would like to email your request to Mrs. Aisenbrey, complete the MSWord form and attach it to an email to Mrs. Aisenbrey at counselor@dakar-academy.org If you want to print the form, fill it out, and give it to Mrs. Aisenbrey, please use the PDF file. |
